¡@ Where will my garments go with pick-up & delivery service? Your garments with our pick-up and delivery service will be care at our Fresh Meadows Shop. Do I have to become a member to receive the service? Is there a membership fee?No. The service is for everybody. We have no membership fee or sign up fee for our services. How do I pay for your services? Your cleaning will be charged to your credit card (If opened account with us), Upon delivery an itemized bill will be left with your cleaning. Otherwise, the payment can be made by cash on delivery as well. When can you pick up and deliver my laundry?We have a fixed date for pickup or delivery in each different locations. You can schedule your pickup or delivery, by speaking to us at (718)886-1333 or (914)471-3699. Is next day service available? Yes. Please call our shop(718-886-1333) or delivery person(914-471-3699) to schedule a special service. There is a small fee associated with rush service. Please call for more information.
